This is a management tracker. Its internal time-cost assumptions support project decisions and may differ from costs recognized in formal accounts. It does not replace accounting, tax or financial advice.

A SIMPLE WORKING ROUTINE

Review the fee against the work actually delivered

  1. Set your internal hourly cost and workbook settings.
  2. Add project revenue and estimated or actual hours, then log direct costs.
  3. Review profit and margin on the Dashboard and revisit the assumptions behind weaker projects.
